Our skilled home care begins with a clinical assessment and subsequent development of a written, detailed plan of care. It continues with ongoing case management and physician consultations when necessary. Services can be arranged for a few hours a week to as many as 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week, depending on the patient's needs or the physician's orders. Short-term or long-term care is available seven days a week, including holidays. Our employees can assist in training the family in proper care procedures. This not only keeps the interruption of day-to-day living to a minimum, but also helps assure that the patient always receives the best and most appropriate care.
MSN HomeCare also provides companionship to nursing homes or assisted living facility residents who require additional attention or personalized assistance.
MSN HomeCare can coordinate billing with:
