Applicants are thoroughly screened through interviews and skill assessments. References and backgrounds are checked, licenses and certifications are verified and drug-screening is conducted.
Once hired, MSN HomeCare employees are bonded and insured for general and professional liability. They are given thorough orientations (including emergency plans and procedures) for each assignment. They are also covered by our worker's compensation policy. MSN HomeCare conducts continuous competency evaluations of each employee to assure that the level of care provided is consistent and appropriate. We also provide extensive, ongoing training to our home health professionals.
MSN HomeCare professionals are:
- Registered Nurses
- LPNs/LVNs
- Certified Nursing Assistants
- Personal Care Assistants/Sitters
- Private Duty Home Health Aides
- Travel/Home Companions
An RN Case Manager or Director of Nursing is on call 24 hours a day.
Our private duty nursing services are available on an hourly basis, with a 4-hour minimum. We are not a certified Medicare agency.
